Using Affirmations to Affirm Your Intentions

Affirm your intentions.

Words have power. When we speak words, we create affirmations.

The words we use either support or sabotage what we are intending for ourselves. For example, if we use the phrase “my biggest fear is”, we are affirming something negative in our life. If instead we state “I am faithful that”, we are affirming the intention of attracting something into our space.

One way to help create alignment in your life is to ensure that you are clear on your intentions and that you use words in support of your intentions. State things using words of possibility and speak outcomes into existence by stating them using the present tense. For example, express words of gratitude for the abundance you seek as if it is already here.

When you speak powerfully in the present tense affirming that which you want to create and attract, you are living into the energy of that outcome. You are providing an opening for these things to occur in your life and for you to see the right next steps to support your goals and dreams.
